I want some information under the Right
of information Act. What have I to do?
Ans: You have to make an application
to the Chief Officer of the Council who is the competent authority
under the Act, with the detail of information which you want.
The Chief Officer after examining the application will decide
whether the information can be given. If he admits your application
you have to deposit processing fee Rs. 100/- & Rs. 2/-
per page of information. |
